Paintings from the 1990s

The Millennium Series and related works from the 1990s. Exhibited in various galleries during the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Most of these works belong to a series of large- and small scale works from the nineties and early 2000s where industrial materials meet painterly gesture. The work investigates scale, surface, and resistance, pushing painting towards a tension between the mechanical and the physical.
