Video documentation from exhibition, The Optimal Grip (From Hand to Mouth), at Kunsthall Trafo in Asker, 2014. The original video-work captures the hand as it reaches for-, grips and touches stone holds around the world. The camera is kept in the mouth and sometimes strapped to the climbers wrist.
